Such arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive remedy between the parties with respect to such dispute. In the event of any claim, dispute or difference being referred to arbitration, this Contract will continue to be enforced. The arbitration shall take place in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on each party.
